Everyone is welcome, but registration is recommended. RSVP here or by emailing info@eastfallsvillage.org.
People have lots of questions and concerns about hiring caregivers.
• What do they cost?
• Can insurance or government assistance pay?
• How do I find a good one?
• What if I don't like them or how they do things?
• What can they do to help me and what can't they do?
• How often do I want them to help me?
• What if I only need help for a short time?
Karen Kulp and Gwen Lindgren had careers in the caregiving field: training, hiring, firing, and supervising. Together they will answer these questions and more, because aging in your own home is way better when you're not doing it alone.
And even if you don't need help now, learn about questions to ask and resources that can help.
Directions: The program will be held in the Parish Hall of the Memorial Church of the Good Shepherd, 3820 The Oak Road.
