Legal Issues for Seniors: Practicalities and Potential Pitfalls

Jackie Rosenberger and Dan Ross are attorneys with wide-ranging expertise in estate and tax law as well as more general legal issues of particular interest to seniors. Their discussion focuses on specific information seniors need to know as well as pitfalls to avoid.
Some of the topics they will cover are durable powers of attorney, health care POAs, wills, IRAS, inheritance taxes, and the POLST (Pennsylvania Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment).
They will also discuss ways to deal with one’s digital legacy (passwords, accounts, social media, etc.).
